Core Values

Free, not Children of Fear

Is the state of being free, not being imprisoned or enslaved.

Our freedom is found only in the person of Jesus Christ. Romans 8:2 States - For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Itis Jesus Christ who sets us free from the law of sin and death. We have this freedom because of the truth of His Word. John 8:31-32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Therefore, we must abide in (live in) the word. John 17:17 Says, sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. It is because of this freedom we have the responsibility to love and serve others as Jesus did. In Galatians 5:1 it says Stand fast therefore in the liberty (freedom) where with Christ hath made us free and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. In this freedom that we have, we may express our love, gratitude and thankfulness in praise and worship thru singing, dancing, and the way that we live our lives.

We are the Body of Christ

We are a diverse and welcoming community of believers who come from all walks of life. Whether you are young or old, single or married, or have a different background, we invite you to join us in worship and fellowship. Come to unite with the body of Christ in worship, as we will, some day, in heaven...

For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many. If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. And if they were all one member, where were the body? But now are they many members, yet but one body. And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness. For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked. That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 1 Corinthians 12:12-27

Share the Lovingkindness of God

At Ark of His Presence, we believe in taking our faith beyond the walls of our church and into the world. We are involved in a variety of local and global outreach programs, from feeding the hungry to supporting missionaries around the world.

And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.
